2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If booking on behalf of others, you confirm you have their authority to do so.

3. Booking & Reservations

All bookings made through LookMyTrain are subject to availability from our third-party suppliers. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any booking in cases of pricing errors or supplier unavailability.

• Confirmation is sent via email within 24 hours of booking
• All bookings are subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions
• LookMyTrain acts as an intermediary, not the actual service provider
• Prices are subject to change until booking is fully confirmed and paid

4. Pricing & Fees

All prices quoted include applicable taxes, fees, and our service charges. LookMyTrain charges a service/consultation fee for our assistance, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any booking. We are not responsible for fare changes by the underlying travel supplier after confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as disclosed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. By making a payment, you authorize LookMyTrain to charge the stated amount to your payment method.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking
• Ensure all traveler names match government-issued ID documents
• Review your booking confirmation and notify us of any errors promptly
• Arrive at the station with sufficient time before departure
• Comply with all train operator rules, regulations, and policies

7. Limitation of Liability

LookMyTrain is not liable for any delays, cancellations, changes, or service failures caused by the actual travel service provider. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the service fees paid to LookMyTrain. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on lookmytrain.online, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of LookMyTrain and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts in the United States.

10. Changes to Terms

LookMyTrain reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
